Ingredients for breakfast protein muffins

*Makes 6 muffins

How to prepare the breakfast protein muffins:

  1. Preheat your oven to 190ºC
  2. Combine the oats, protein powder & baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, vanilla extract, egg, and milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry; then, carefully fold in the blueberries.
  5. Immediately spoon the mixture into muffin cases within a baking tray.
  6. Bake for 15-20 mins (insert a toothpick into a muffin and if the toothpick comes out dry, your muffins are done!)
